If you have uploaded your own design or given details of what you’re looking for, please go over the design carefully online or with our designers before you confirm your order. Check that all your personal information shared is credible and that there are no grammatical or spelling errors before you send in your order. Any issues following the order cannot be rectified; sorry!
As the orders are made according to your specifications and customized for you, you may not exchange the order after it has been placed. In the unlikely event that the item doesn’t meet our published specification, you may potentially exchange it at the sole discretion of the Instaprint.com re-seller.
